1. Services Provided

Efendee LLC provides:

  • Venue rental services

  • Hair maintenance services (The Wash Bar)

All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings and Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if offered, will be handled according to the specific terms provided at booking. Efendee LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.

4. Cancellations

Clients must provide notice of cancellation within the timeframe stated at booking. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

5. Independent Contractors

Efendee LLC may utilize contractors to provide services. All contractors operate under professional standards established by the company.

6. Limitation of Liability

Efendee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered, venue use, or booking interactions.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Follow venue rules

  • Conduct themselves respectfully

8. Description of SMS Use Cases

By providing your mobile phone number through our website, booking forms, opt-in forms, or in-person registration, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Efendee LLC (Efendee Studio).
 
SMS communications may include: 
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Booking updates
  • Referral program updates
  • Customer service responses
  • Promotional messages and special offers
 
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
 

9. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-enroll.
 

10. Message & Data Rates 

Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates may be charged by your wireless carrier in accordance with your mobile plan.
 

11. Carrier & Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Efendee LLC is not responsible for SMS delivery delays caused by carrier issues, technical failures, or factors outside our control.
 

12. Age Restriction

Our SMS service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting into our SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
